This weekend, it was my birthday. That means a family swim, and time spent remembering that ultimately, swimming can’t just be about laps and technique and split times. Sometimes, and perhaps even more importantly, it’s about relaxing with friends and family, being silly, having fun, enjoying each other and being together.
