As the seasons and shadows change at Swimcrest, there’s still some wonderful swimming happening. Wait–how did that get in there? Hmmmmmm. Happy Autumn/Almost Winter everyone.
So much fun swimming happening here lately. Have I mentioned that I love my job?
So much quality swimming these past two weeks. Open water training, blowing bubble learning, triathlon prepping, friend hanging, Grandma time fun having, and a whole lot more. It’s been a good one. Hope you are having some great water time too!
At his second lesson, a previously fearful 11-year-old (as in the day before kind of fearful)did this. And it was awesome. And I can’t wait to see what he does next.
In all honesty, it’s the last few weeks at Swimcrest. Good things are happening. Some learned to be buoyant and let go of their fears about the water. An 8-year-old swam across the 25-yard pool for the very first time. So did this incredible 47-year-old. This swimmer took 8 strokes off of her 25-yard freestyle. … Continue reading
